Jugs

Sorry, but this violet cup is sold.

Well, ok, this isn't really a jug - it's a tiny French coffee cup, hexagonal in shape - how sweet it would look filled with a posy of violets...

Sorry but Wedgwood is sold
This is a lovely Wedgwood jug - for cream with summer strawberries - or again, a posy of flowers.

Now this jug isn't dainty at all, but filled with vin rouge at your next barbecue - what could be better?

You can read more about these in my Etsy shop here. See you there!

Embroidered Violets and Papier Maché crumb tray

sorry, this item is sold
Don't you just violets? This embroidery has mauve and white violets, on a burgundy background, and is signed 'Celia P' - I wonder how long it took her to complete...You can read more here and see a close-up or two.

Sorry, but I'm sold!

This is a lovely Napoleon III crumb tray and brush - all made in papier maché, and covered in glorious gold stars...just perfect for display in a dining room - or use it for brushing crumbs from your spotlessly white starched linen cloth...after all, if there are no servants to do it for you, brush away in style!
