Little collection of miniature kitchenalia
What is it about things in miniature that makes one want to pick them up and play? Little dogs, wild strawberries, tiny violets and of course, dolls houses and all the little bits and bobs that go in them...
Well, here is a selection of tiny old French toys for either dolly's kitchen - or to train the next generation of French housewives back in the 1940s or so...and they all fall under the general name of 'dinette' which is literally 'little dine'!
My absolute favourite is the kitchen clock - the hands are still there and moveable - but it's already sold as I have been writing this! You can check everything out on my Etsy shop here.

I don't know if I've ever seen anything cuter than that clock.
ReplyDeleteMaybe one of my kids??
maybe.
;)
Sweet! My granddaughter is nearly 3 yrs. old and I enjoy playing with her little kitchen and utensils as much or more than she does!
ReplyDeleteI so wanted that clock! I hope you sold it well. Cx
